  • This is available for clients of all ages and in all stages of their personal and professional journeys. We will take a look into all aspects of your life and find the joy while taking a moment to gain clarity on how to be the best version of yourself.

  • Couples coaching is designated to taking time to look at the good in your relationship and nurture the love and growth you both have experienced. We will also take the time to look at how conflicts and disagreements can spill over into other aspects of your relationship. Let’s transform you into being the best team you can be!

  • Group coaching is for 5 individuals or more. This will give members of the group the opportunity to stretch beyond their current abilities and find a balance of their strengths and weaknesses.

  • Having been a successful teacher for 29 years, I am especially gifted in helping individuals in the high school and college age cohorts. We will take the time to look into all aspects of your child’s life and put them on the path of balance and success.

Some Things We Do:

  • Answer a short personal questionnaire to give me insight on how to best serve you in our coaching sessions.

  • Develop trusted relationships to hold you accountable after expressing goals and desired changes to be most effective.

  • Build effective ways to maneuver daily tasks and build situational leadership skills to keep growing and striving.

  • Identifying/Addressing behavior or gaps that are hindering daily success and overall achievement.

Programs

6 Week Mental Fitness / Positive Intelligence Program (Individual OR Group)

Build Powerful Habits for a Positive Mind. You get to build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (your negative self) to your inner Sage (your positive self).

  • In the first six weeks you develop your 3 core mental muscles. In subsequent weeks, modules in the app then enable you to use those muscles for a variety of work and life applications. You continue to grow. Most trainings result in short-lived improvements. For sustained results, we focus on building neural pathways that form lasting new habits. That’s why we call this “mental fitness”. Our factor analysis research has revealed the foundational root-level enablers and disablers of optimal performance and wellbeing. We rewire the brain at the root cause level. Mental fitness requires 3 core muscles. Saboteur Interceptor, Self-Command, and Sage. Meditation only focuses on Self-Command, which is why it is not sustained by most.

  • This is the right program for you if you are:

    a) Committed to improving your performance and effectiveness dramatically while reducing stress.

    c) Willing to put in the initial effort to rewire years of mental habits that don’t serve you.

  • You’d be committing to watching a 1-hour video once per week and doing a combined total of 15 minutes per day of practice guided by the Positive Intelligence app exclusively designed for this program. This might sound like a lot of time. In fact, cumulatively, it constitutes less than 2% of your awake time for the duration of the program. Please consider that your Saboteurs are costing you far more than 2% of your time, effort, energy, and productivity.
